Those who haven’t heard about furniture created by Sicis Next Art would definitely be impressed by it. For example, their glamour bathtubs are real masterpieces that not only serve their function but also make any bathroom interior look unusually beautiful. Their collection of exotic seating solutions is another great example of truly amazing products for home. It’s designed by Carla Tomeo and consists of different chairs, benches and sofas. They all are very unusual and even surreal. They mostly are decorated with different elements of nature but in very colorful colors. Each piece is an example of top Italian craftsmanship with a lot of attention to details.

Spanish designers MermeladaEstudio have created the Equis outdoor furniture collection for the manufacturer Oi Side.

Description from MermeladaEstudio:

EQUIS is a new outdoor furniture collection designed by Mermeladaestudio for Oiside, its made from steel and finished in different colours. Its name comes from its revolutionary X shaped cross structure. This shape provides a lot of structural resistance along with great comfort. The extreme simplicity of Equis contrasts with the highly detailled, like the superimposing rods, enhancing every piece with a unique character and freshness.

Him & Her Chairs by Casamania

Fabio Novembre has designed these chairs for Casamania in 2008. They were redesigned a bit this year. Their shapes were created using a 3 dimensional scan of 2 plaster sculptures. Available in two different finishes: matt polyethylene, mass-dyed rotation molded and in glossy varnished polyethylene.

Boobs by Flos

Flos took its inspiration from the most interesting parts of women bodies. The Boobs lamp is designed with the slogan: “We can shape your widest dreams, any request is possible”.
