Spanish designers MermeladaEstudio have created the Equis outdoor furniture collection for the manufacturer Oi Side.

Description from MermeladaEstudio:

EQUIS is a new outdoor furniture collection designed by Mermeladaestudio for Oiside, its made from steel and finished in different colours. Its name comes from its revolutionary X shaped cross structure. This shape provides a lot of structural resistance along with great comfort. The extreme simplicity of Equis contrasts with the highly detailled, like the superimposing rods, enhancing every piece with a unique character and freshness.

Do you change things around in your house for fall? It was finally cool enough over the weekend (in the ’70s–love it!) that I felt like getting out the pumpkins. I know they’re not everybody’s favorite colors, but I like all the orange and gold that comes with this season. It makes my house feel warm and happy.

It doesn’t all have to be orange, though. I love my mercury-glass pumpkins, too.
